I drove to Salt Lake City, Utah, this past weekend to get out of Sin City and because I had never been there before. The 70-ish degree weather was fabulous and there was still plenty of snow on the mountains (I hated to come home to this concrete oven.) The architecture is stunning, the history is impressive, but the streets are a pain in the butt to navigate. Seriously, they are. A huge plus was that all state and local parks were open.
From the State Capitol to the Mormon Temple to downtown, here is a sampling of my hundreds of photos. I’m sure there will be more at a later date.
